Brand Evangelist/Growth Hacker

Description

We are looking for a talented Brand Evangelist/Growth Hacker to skyrocket our brand-awareness and increase quality lead generation for a new brand. You will work closely with colleagues in marketing and sales and have direct contact with management/founders to plan and execute innovative new projects.
You will streamline our brand positioning while contributing to getting increased interest from our target clients. The ideal candidate has a special gift for communication, is familiar with growth hacking models and should bring new ideas to the table for attracting a larger audience. We are looking for a smart, motivated and dynamic person with an awesome work ethic and forward- thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

Create and execute growth communication projects in the form of events, videos, talks, webinars, special initiatives, conferences, seminars and non-traditional PR
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (online advertising, direct mail, ISO’s, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capturing existing demand across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Identify industry trends and insights
